This Wenea Open Data Policy (the \u201cPolicy\u201d) sets out the terms under which Wenea (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d \u201cour\u201d) provides access to its Open Data Application Programming Interface (the \u201cAPI\u201d) and associated datasets (the \u201cData\u201d). This Policy is designed to ensure compliance with The Public Charge Point Regulations 2023<\/em>, including provisions regarding reference data, availability data, and tariff data for public charge points in the United Kingdom.<\/p> You agree to indemnify and hold Wenea, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the API and the Data, including any claims or disputes involving third parties.<\/p> To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use or inability to use the API or the Data.<\/p> We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in regulation, technology, or our operational procedures. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued access to the API constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.<\/p> Nothing in this Policy establishes any partnership, agency, or joint venture between Wenea and users of the Data or the API.<\/p> This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under it shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.<\/p> In the event that users access the information through an API, we inform you that in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK-GDPR, Wenea Services UK Limited (Wenea, we, us or our), email for notification purposes privacidad@wenea.com<\/a>, will process your personal data, acting as the Data Controller.<\/p> Wenea will process your personal data for the purpose of managing your registration in the API, for which, at least, your identification data (full name) will be processed.<\/p> Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data.
