East Devon, Exeter, and Plymouth<\/span><\/li><li class=\"ezy-text-tag main-heading-text font-weight-bold has-skin-text-color \">The goal is to promote accessibility in those areas with limited electric vehicle charging infrastructure<\/li><li class=\"ezy-text-tag main-heading-text font-weight-bold has-skin-text-color \">By the end of 2023, Wenea aims to deploy 200 chargers<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container container-lg-custom\"><div class=\"\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid justify-content-start vc_row-flex\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12 ezy-vc-col-divider-all\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_single_image wpb_content_element vc_align_center\"><figure class=\"wpb_wrapper vc_figure\"><div class=\"vc_single_image-wrapper vc_box_border_grey\">Electric vehicle charging service provider, Wenea, has reached a deployment milestone with 55 EV chargers now live in its UK network. Wenea expects to have 200 chargers deployed by the end of 2023, with the aim of accelerating the transition to electric mobility.<\/div><\/figure><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Prioritising communities that need better EV charging infrastucture, Wenea has EV chargers in Herefordshire, Oxfordshire, Scotland and Devon. Over thirty chargers are located across Exeter, East Devon and Plymouth in areas poorly served by EV charging infrastructure.<\/p><p>Much of the charging hubs are at on-street locations as part of partnerships with local authorities, bringing EV charging capability to residents who do not have off-street parking. Wenea also focuses on providing its fully-integrated charging experience to both B2B and B2C customers through its platform, available on iOS and Android.<\/p><p>Jose Contreras, Wenea, says, \u201cWe are working with many local councils to identify UK locations that would benefit from EV charging solutions. We recognise the challenges that many communities face in not easily being able to access EV charging and are working hard to rectify this.\u201d<\/p><p>He continues, \u201cMany of our chargers are also located in areas of high tourism \u2013 providing much needed EV infrastructure to support the tourist industry and open up parts of the UK to EV drivers.\u201d<\/p><p>The Wenea roll out features a mix of fast and rapid charging solutions.
