What is Autocharge?
Autocharge allows EV users to charge automatically at most Wenea stations. You will only have to connect the charger, and your vehicle will start charging automatically, simplifying your charging process.
How to use Autocharge?
Log in
Open the Wenea app and log in with your details.
Log in to your profile
Go to the “Profile” section and activate the Autocharge option
First charge
For your first charging session, follow the guided steps to initiate charging.
Future charges
For the next charges, simply connect the charger to your electric vehicle.
Reminder: Autocharge and Shared-Use Vehicles
If you’ve rented an electric vehicle or are no longer the owner of the vehicle linked to your account, please remember to deactivate the Autocharge feature once you’ve returned the car. This will help avoid any unintended charges.
