If you arrive later than your reserved time slot, you may lose your reservation deposit. We recommend planning your arrival in advance.

Remember: with great power comes great responsibility. That’s why it’s important to keep in mind the following situations that could result in the loss of your reservation deposit:

1. You cancelled your reservation after the free cancellation period (5 minutes after the reservation starts).

2. You didn’t use the reserved charger.

3. You arrived later than your allocated reservation time.

You can always cancel your reservation by tapping the timer icon on the map and following the steps shown in the app.
