How do I register in the app?
Registering in the Wenea app is very easy:
1. Download the Wenea app from the [App Store] or [Google Play].
2. Open the app and go to the main menu.
3. Go to the Profile section and tap “Register”.
4. Fill in the form with your details.
Once you confirm, your account will be active.
How do I start and end the charging process?
The app allows you to manage and control your charging session in real time by following these steps:
1. Find a charging station on the map where you want to charge your EV.
2. If there is more than one charger at the station, identify and select the one you want to use.
3. Select the connector type.
4. Choose between partial or full charge according to cost or kWh.
5. Start the charging session and connect the vehicle to the charger.
6. When finished, end the charging session and disconnect the cable from the vehicle.
How does Autocharge work?
Autocharge allows you to start charging automatically just by plugging in your vehicle, without the need for the app or a card.
– Activation and deactivation: from your profile in the Wenea app. Remember to deactivate this feature if you return a rental car.
– Compatibility: works with most vehicles with a permanent ID; some models are not compatible (e.g. Mazda MX-30, Cupra Born, Volkswagen ID.3, etc.).
– Available charging stations: most chargers above 50 kW support Autocharge; the app will show you which ones.

How do I plan my route from the Wenea app?
If you need to plan your route with our app, here’s how to do it!
1. Go to the main map and look for the route planning icon.
2. Choose your starting point and destination on the map. Don’t worry — the app will calculate the optimal route for your electric vehicle. Remember to have a car added in the “My vehicles” section and set as favourite. If not, the app will automatically select the last vehicle you added.
3. The app will show you the Wenea charging station where you can recharge — you’ll never run out of battery!
4. You’ll see the total distance, estimated travel time, and the amount of battery you’ll use along the way. Just focus on driving!

Do I need to add my electric car to use the route planner?
Yes, you do! To calculate the optimal route for your electric vehicle, you must add your car model in the “My vehicles” section. If you have more than one vehicle in your account, make sure to set the one you’ll use for your trip as favourite. This way, the route planner can accurately calculate the battery needed for your journey. So now you know — add your vehicle in the app to enjoy your trip.

TIP: If your vehicle does not appear in the list, you can use a generic one by selecting “EV Generico” as the brand, but keep in mind that the route will not take your real EV specifications into account.
How does the EV charger booking system work?
With the Wenea app you can reserve a charging point to guarantee availability, optimise your time and avoid waiting.
– Cancellation: free of charge during the first 5 minutes.
– Late arrival: if you do not arrive on time or fail to use the reserved charger, you may lose your deposit.
