How to get your charging receipt
Whether you charge through the app or pay with your bank card, here’s how you can get your receipt (simplified invoice) for your charging session.
If you pay with your card at the charging station
If you pay for your charge directly at one of our stations using your bank card, you can request and download your receipt using this simple form
IMPORTANT:
If you pay using your mobile phone or smartwatch (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), you will need to enter the 4-digit transaction identifier instead of the last 4 digits of your card.
- Open the digital wallet on the device you used to pay (iPhone or Apple Watch)
- Select the card and tap the card icon in the top-right corner
- The 4 digits are shown under Apple Pay details
- Open the digital wallet on the device you used to pay
- Select the card and tap the three dots in the top-right corner
- Check the “Virtual account number” section to find the 4 digits
- Open the digital wallet on the device you used to pay
- Select the card and open the card details
- Open the digital wallet on the device you used to pay (iPhone or Apple Watch)
- Select the card and tap the card icon in the top-right corner

If you charge via the Wenea app
Once your charging session ends, the app will display a summary with the most relevant details of your charge. At the bottom of that screen, you’ll find a link to download your receipt in PDF format.
If you charge as a registered user, you can also access your full charging history and request either a receipt or a full invoice for any session.
